Mr. Nipun Patel, Director (M.S. Eng USA) gave a presentation on Lean Manufacturing techniques which are incorporated at DRE Castings at Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA). It was well received by the manufacturing community on the whole. At DRE we employs various lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste, lower cost to customer, and decrease development time of products.
