DRE casting has made more than 250 tools and dies for its customers. At DRE, there is a fully equipped tool room with CNC Milling and various other machine tools. If good quality castings is your goal it is imperative to have the means to control the design of the mold in house.
The dies developed at DRE have been made using technology and experience of the in house die designers. The design is optimized so that the parts produced from the dies have minimum down the line work to be done on them improving the time to deliver for the end customer.
DRE currently only manufacturers tools and dies for customers who require their castings to be made at their facility. DRE uses MasterCam extensively to design and manufacture the tool and dies. DRE has engineers who work full time to develop machining programs and optimize the development of tools and dies within its facility at Ahmedabad.
