We have been in the foundry business since 3 generations and are proud to keep this going. Our chairman Dr. Dinesh Patel founded the company Dr. Dinesh and Ramesh Eng. Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad. The company covers a space of 10,000 sq. yards (comparable to cricket field) which is only 40% utilized giving us an undue advantage for growth. We have had several metal castings (Cast Iron, Stainless Steel, Aluminum) catering to International and Domestic Companies like Ingersoll Rand, ABB, TVS and many others. Machine Shop
If good quality castings is your goal it is imperative to have the means to control the design of the mold inhouse. The closer this mode of control is to the birthplace of the castings the more effective will be the improvisation. Gradually as we have progressed taking up new challenges solving old problems with new ideas we have consistently added new tools, machines and personnel to the shop. Some of the machines we have are CNC milling, turning as well as several other machines to help not only in die making but also in machining operations for the castings…..

Quality Control
Quality is a subjective term often loosely associated with the inspection at the customer end. However, we at Dr. Dinesh and Ramesh Engineers attempt to set our own standards at quality and make them quantifiable. Easier said then done. We agree. This is the reason we are in pursuit of making this our culture. Our goal is to have every individual in our company a clear understanding of the quality of work being produced at their end. Thus making each and every member of the company a part of the quality team. We have approached this by developing a feedback mechanism……
